how much does a wedding cost?
Great question! A wedding cost is just like any other product or service you may purchase. It really depends on your own budget and the type of vendors you want to work with. The more experienced and higher quality vendors, will cost more. It is important however, that regardless of how much a wedding may or may not cost, to sit down with your partner and think how much you would like to invest in your day. If you were going to buy a house or an apartment, what’s the first question a Realtor would ask? Location, size, budget. That being said, would you spend 50K, 100K 500K or more on your wedding? Make sure you let us know so we can point you in the right direction.
What services do you offer?
On one hand, we are a Wedding Agency specialized in high quality destination weddings, meaning we are Wedding Planners in charge of the entire organizational and logistical process of your wedding. On the other hand, we are Designers and Decorators, the ones creating all the visual magic of your wedding, giving it its own pizazz!
Do you specialize in A Specific type of weddings?
Yes, we specialize mainly in destination weddings (we also do local weddings of course). What is a destination wedding you might ask? It’s a wedding in which the couple getting married and/or most of the guests have to travel outside their city or country in order to attend the wedding.
We are also certified for Jewish Weddings.
How many weddings do you plan per year?
We do a maximum of 10-12 weddings per year, on average, one per month. Planning and designing a wedding takes a whole lot of time and energy and yes, we are not super humans and we do get tired. So, we want to make sure we are sharp and focused on each couple, we understand that this is a once in a lifetime event for you and we want to make sure to treat it as such.
Do you work alone or with a team?
BESTIAL is a team, and what a team we are! We have people working in the following areas: administrative, production, design, construction, staff, flowers, transportation, marketing & sales, financial, warehouse and coordination/logistics. In total you have a team of over 20 people making sure your wedding is…Bestial (wow)!
Can you help us stay within our budget?
Yes. As long as we meet some minimums to make sure your wedding is top notch. We will not put at risk the quality of your wedding to save a few bucks here and there (yes we know those bucks are yours). That being said, we are on YOUR SIDE, we want the wedding to be great in every aspect, and we will tell you the best way to be efficient with the budget, avoiding unnecessary spending and saving money where we can.
Do you have preferred vendors to work with?
Yes. Putting a wedding together is like building an airplane. You may have 98% of the parts right, but if that 2% fails, we both know what can happen. We are not exclusive with vendors but we will give you suggestions of the best ones according to your type of wedding and therefore guarantee the outcome.
Are your fees a percentage of the total cost of the wedding?
No. Would that make sense to you? The more the wedding costs the more we make? We wouldn’t be rowing in the same direction would we. We charge specific fees for each service according to the size, complexity and design of your wedding. But the final cost of your wedding is not related to our fees. We will work as hard as possible to give you the best wedding at the best possible cost.
